"What great experience working with Mr. Richmond and his company. Mr. Richmond personally came to give the estimate for new windows along with one of his supervisors. They provided me with the best estimate and I hired them. A week later he contacted me and told the windows were in and that they could arrange and install at my convenience. A couple days later the crew showed up at exactly the at the time they said. They installed all windows the same day. The supervisor, Chris, was on site the entire time working and providing his crew with direction if needed. They very professional, courteous and did and an outstanding job. They left the property just as it was when they arrived that morning. The windows are beautiful and made the home not only more energy efficient but also added beauty to the property. Nick, their employee, accompanied us during our purchase of items we wanted installed in each bathroom. This degree of personal involvement exceeded all my expatiations. The work and professionalism by Nick cannot be duplicated. He addressed the project as if our home was his. All issues Nick discovered during the project were quickly corrected to assure the finished project would meet and truthfully exceed our expatiations. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work.
