"I found Phil via HomeAdvisor and requested a quote for a project we had. Within minutes of requesting a quote, Phil called me and set up an in-person consult! We had an interesting situation where the previous owners built a 'patio' that was out of code and needed immediate removal. Phil worked hard to get us an extremely reasonable price for removal and an exceptional price for building a composite deck from scratch. My husband and I greatly appreciated how he could give us a quote on the spot and allow us to play around with the number for each square foot to create the perfect deck for our needs.
