Water was leaking pretty badly and I had no hot water, it was completely gone. This man is a true professional in every way he not only takes pride in work, but his word is his bond. Whatever he was doing at the time, seemingly he dropped that and took on my project on. Asked me to take a picture of my situation and send it to him, quoted a price and that was all it took..! Not only did he replace the tank, but he replaced everything ( straps hoses thermal expansion tank and exchanged the knob with a handle for the water shut off valve) all of this for no extra cost...........! And the cost for all of this.......WOW......Let say that's is was FAR LESS than the big boy named companies...! Believe me the price is definitely mind blowing for Mr Wasson labor of love as he call it. We had 2 sewer pipes that were about 4 to 5 feet underground that needed replacing. One of which tree roots grew and broke through the pipe.
