"I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They were so professional, responsive, and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Besides being very experienced installers, they went above and beyond to resolve a problem with a garage door I had already purchased from another vendor. When Go-Pro arrived to do the installation, we found the door I purchased was damaged and needed to be returned to the vendor. Instead of shrugging and coming back another time and leaving me to handle the return myself, the Go-Pro guys packed up the damaged door, put it in their truck, and took the door back to the vendor themselves. That is next-level outstanding customer service! Although the vendor said they had another door in stock to replace my damaged one, turns out they didn't ...so I wound up purchasing both a door AND installation services from Go-Pro and wound up saving money in the process. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the new door looks beautiful and is very easy to open. Love these guys -- great work, excellent prices, and stellar customer service."
