Renovations, Remodels, Home Improvement
"We recently had three of our bathrooms renovated by RenoU (Fitz & Mila), and found their creative designs helped transform our space into something both beautiful and functional, and their attention to detail was most appreciated. Unlike our experience with previous home renovation projects done by others, we found the entire process with RenoU relatively stress-free, and they listened closely to our ideas while offering thoughtful suggestions. We especially love that RenoU is a woman-owned company, bringing a unique and inspired perspective to their work. Those interested in a home renovation project should consider meeting with them and exploring what they have to offer."

"The true treasure of the experience was the carpenter, Balint, who was a very detail oriented craftsman. He worked long days, cleaned up space beautifully each day, communicated daily with us regarding the project. The electricians, Vince and Joe, were thorough and complete with all of their work. The project manager, Pete, stayed in touch regularly to complete the renovation on time."

"Showed up on time, everyday. Work was done in timeline discussed prior to starting job. Able to make changes on the fly when it appeared stairs might be too wide. Brought their own dumpster and cleaned up everything when they were done. Workers worked well together and were personable. Company owners checked daily on work crews progress. No communication difficulties. I expect to rehire them for more projects."

"Repairing a snake rail fence is no easy job. Jeff understood the details of the project and did a 5 star job in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a project, give Jeff a call!"

In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
