"I have NEVER worked with, or been more impressed with the talent, knowledge, skill, workmanship, speed, attention to detail, honesty, kindness and EXTREME PROFESSIONALISM these guys provided me. To say I am grateful and impressed does not in any way express my feelings. I had so many issues my house was literally falling apart. We built our home 38 years ago, and have worked with many contractors, maintenance and professional companies through the years, and I can honestly say that Rivera Home Builders is the absolute best. They know their business, and they are amazing in every way. They do what they say, and more. They work fast, NEVER slacking, their work is beautiful, and if any issues not discussed should arise that need attention, they do not cover it up and move on as many would, they alert you of additional issues you may have and recommend the best, most economical way to fix the issue(s) without cutting corners. They repaired every single issue I had (and I had a lot), found more in-depth issues I did not know about, and fixed those, as well including some challenging foundation repairs. They built a new deck, new retaining wall and stairs, new siding entire back of the house, replaced all rotten eaves, stabilized porch rails/spindles on the front, new doors/frames, caulked, installed a new huge fence in my back yard, cut/cleaned up several big trees, installed new shutters, all new light fixtures/flood lights, painted my house/trim/stairs, and so much more...and they did all of this in just 11 days. Plus, their rates are more reasonable than any other professional service I have ever hired. I am so grateful and so BLESSED to have found them and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THERE ARE NONE BETTER, NONE. I have a brand new house, and it is even more beautiful than when we built it 38 years ago ¦with zero exterior/foundation issues. I will sing their praises from now until I leave this world, and will recommend to everyone I know who needs help. (I desperately needed help. :) I will definitely be rehiring for future projects. "Mickey was fantastic from start to finish! He came out on a Saturday and we told him we wanted a deck. He took it from there designing it and giving us multiple options to choose from. We went with him and couldn't be any more pleased. He and his guys knocked out a window (on purpose) and installed a door from the second floor of our house and built a covered and screened in deck for us. We also have a portion not enclosed for us to use for grilling. We are super pumped to have this addition to our house and couldn't be happier with Mickey. I wish we needed a second deck so we could hire him again."
