After 2 years, trying to find a reputable, fair price and willing to travel to PA to provide me the services of sanding my floors and make them new again, I received a referral from my community group to contact this company. On a Sunday morning, I got a response in less than 15 minutes and a in person meeting was scheduled to provide the services. The owner showed up at my house on the date scheduled, explained the process of the work required, understood my concerns and past experiences and assured me I will be in good hands. I jumped at the offer provided, and PH Floorings LLC arrived exactly at the scheduled time in the morning and completed the job promptly. Carlosâ promise was kept, sanded, polished, clear coated the floors and to my surprise he did the stairs, just because he noticed the 1st floor and 2nd floor will not match if not done at the same time. This was done without any surprises in additional cost. Without hesitation, I paid for his services. "Responded promptly to home advisor inquiry. Discovered a small hole in roof while in attic. They came out an repaired quickly for a reasonable price. Took photos before and after to show what they did. Noticed broken gutters (I was aware of this issue, but had forgotten about it). Offered to repair those and I accepted. One was loose the other dislodged from snow and ice last winter. Repaired/replaced as needed-again reasonable price and they were already here! Very friendly, great customer service."
