"We had an emergency as our improperly installed kitchen sink collapsed in our newly purchased home. Claudio was referred to us. Although he was busy, he made two initial trips to assess the situation and attempt a repair. It was finally determined that the existing sink simply could not be installed correctly as the previous owner had purchased one too small. Claudio then helped me find a properly sized sink online. Once that arrived, he made time to come to our house to install it. His work was professional, expertly accomplished and he cleaned the area thoroughly when he finished. His work was absolutely top notch. In addition, he ended up making 3 trips to our house but was willing to stick to his original quoted flat rate price. We insisted on paying more, but it was impressive that he was willing to settle for the initial quote. We have dealt with craftsmen for over 50 years, and Claudio is certainly one of the best we have employed. I would recommend him with the highest praise possible."
