"Chandler construction did an amazing job on our bathroom remodeling of two bathrooms and kitchen granite remodeling. Chandler was easy to communicate our desires and plans to. He listened to our needs as well as suggested options for us to consider. He was able to get all our needs taken care of using his many personal contacts with high quality workers. Chandler Construction is someone with years of highly specialized home improvement sklls. He did a wonderful job on our home.We can not imagine a better outcome and would highly recommend Chandler Construction."

"My basement finishing project was seamless. After getting several bids and designs, I went with Will, who meticulously went over everything, through permits, materials, and the overall concept including pointing out things that I hadn t considered that I am so glad I did. The project turned out fabulous with no issues during the project outside of normal expected issues when working with construction. I would hire Will again for any future needs as I always knew what to expect, there were no hidden costs, and changes were flawless."

"Ken Col Construction did a great job for us adding grab bars in our shower. We were in a time crunch with the approaching holidays and they were very accommodating. Professional, on-time and did a great job! Would definitely recommend."

"They did an excellent job, and at a great price. I was very satisfied with their work. And impressed that they had many different people out for the estimate, an electrician, and the installers, just to make sure their quote was final and we wouldn't have to expect any extras."

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
