I provided them the boilers for a project in Greenwood Village CO. THe owner paid Ken-Col in full but they (Ken-Col) have refused to pay me for the material I provided. Also found out that they were not licensed to do the work that they did. Not licensed as a Contractor in Greenwood Village nor as a Mechanical or Plumbing Contractor. I have had to LIEN the property due to them not paying me. I would not consider using them for any work

This is not a really review this review is from a scammer that has been trying to black mail an employee of mine for money I have no past dealings with this individual, this matter has been forwarded in to the Douglas county sheriff for investigation

Ken Col Construction did a great job for us adding grab bars in our shower. We were in a time crunch with the approaching holidays and they were very accommodating. Professional, on-time and did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

The owner was quick to message me with a reasonable quote and a quick time to do my job. Tim was the handyman who helped me with all my chores. He was awesome and so is this company. Definitely saving this number!

I hired ken-col to repair some siding and facia that were damaged. They came out the ne t dat gave me an estimate and they started the project the next week. They did a great job so I uses them to install laminate flooring and new baseboard in our kitchen and living room. We highly recommend them. They were extremely accommodating to our ideas and tough schedule. They have done work with several of our neighbors now and we will all continue to use these guys in the future
