He came through when another vendor backed out and was able to accommodate us in our tight timeline with very little notice to him. "Re-pointed, re-flashed and installed a liner on two chimneys. Took pictures before the job to show what the problems were and explained everything they would do to fix the problem of a leak into our attic. Their bid was less than the other two I got from other companies but their description of work to be done and a price breakdown was more detailed than the other two. Interesting fact was they were the only company that climbed up onto the roof to look at what the problem was. The other two just stayed on the ground and guessed what the problem was. Workers showed up when then said they would and they cleaned up any mess they made"
