"Great guys great job"

"Steve has very high standards regarding his finished product. He takes the time to do meticulous site preparation, tile layout and selection. Our project was a bathroom with complete tiling of the floor, walls and ceiling with river rock inlay on the floor and walls. He explained options and helped insure we were going to be happy with selections like grout color and tile patterns. He did the job straight through from beginning to end. I have worked in the construction industry as a carpenter and Assistant Superintendent for a general contractor, on high end homes and commercial construction around the Lake Tahoe and Reno area. I have been around a lot of sub contractors and I can say the industry could use more people with Steve's professional standards, skill, work ethic and integrity. Thanks very much to Steve and his team for a job very well done."

"As a out-of-town property owner, Darren was fantastic to work with. He handled many small tasks I needed completed as the exterior painting was being completed , (minor deck repairs, furniture movement, drywall repairs, gutter cleaning, ect,), all at very reasonable prices. He was honest and had a good work ethic. Darren communicated updates daily with phone calls and/or e-mails. He sent me progress photos from his smartphone to my e-mail address so I could actually "see" the job progressing while in another state. I intend to use them for interior painting next and would recommend Darren and his firm very strongly."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
