"Hardworking, excellent craftsmanship. I had a lot of water damage around my house. Most I knew about, some I didnâ t. They took pictures, gave me daily updates. They offered suggestions & my preferences before proceeding. They replaced a small deck off my back door adding more stairs ( shallower steps) for ease of going up and down being sensitive to my needs. Added a prettier design. This was just one of many repairs. My house feels stronger, safer, warmer and ready to meet the winter weather. I could go on but feel you get that I highly recommend summerlin ext solutions."

"Hurricane Helene blew several trees down in our yard. They fell on different areas of our privacy fence requiring some planks to be replaced. We called Mr. Handyman of Asheville and Hendersonville hoping they could fix it in a timely manner. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day! The customer service was excellent and Sarah was attentive to our needs. The technician, Tim, was there on time, he was knowledgeable about the work we requested, and very understanding as well as friendly. He performed the work, quickly, the same day at a reasonable price. We would absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman! Thank you!!"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
