He was comforting and assuring and right away I felt a great sense of relief. Sure enough within an hour he was at my house even though it was pitch black outside and pouring down rain. He was professional and considerate, and able to reverse all of the bad things I had done with my HVAC as well as install the ecobee thermostat within an hour and that included having to go into my attic to replace a fuse, he was also kind enough to change out my filters because the returns are in the ceiling and old people and ladders just donâ t match. Ricky was absolutely amazing and lifesaver. Iâ m so thankful to have met himâ ¦ I told him that he couldnâ t move anywhere or leave town because I would have to stalk him because heâ s now the guy Iâ ll go to for all of my HVAC needs going forward.
