He had the opportunity to complete more extensive work for double the price, but explained to me that this was not the problem, was unnecessary and a waste of my money. He offered to come back later if what he quoted did not stop the leak and do the other work for the difference between to the 2 estimates, assuming a loss on the first job. I'd definitely recommend him and use him again for any work in his expertise area."
