"Having no idea where to begin, we sought out home advisor. We sought bids for mold removal and restoration. We hired CMC Construction for the repair to the wall and floor after the restoration and treatment was completed. Cary Martz is a pleasure to work with. HeÂ’s organized, thorough and a communicator. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why. His focus is totally on the job. He gave us a fair bid on the work we wanted done and he even did extra when the need arose. "David R's review is spot on and exactly what I would have said, adding that Miguel really listens and remembers what you said, so you get what you want and it's done right. It's taken me a long time to find a good contractor who remembers the actual details of what you want. They did a floor replacement and trim work. He really went the extra mile when the dog chewed on the LVP in the car leaving us one board short to finish! He drove down to Everett to get more because I was working! Then he did a beautiful shower replacement with tile. Today they were out to paint for my 3rd job and now he's working on a quote for deck repairs."

It is always nice when you get to work with someone who specializes in their industry's knowledge, and gives you all of the options without being pushy. I would highly recommend them! We were also working with a portion of the job that was shared with a neighbor, and getting the quotes split up for that was very easy."
