"It really was AWESOME :) Jeff was on top of his game for sure, and a bonus when I found out he was a fellow Veteran. Jeff, Thank You for your service. When I first called for an estimate, he was already at another job site, but took the time to come over to our home in Apache Junction and look at what we needed done and talk to us directly about our carpet issue. He listened to our concerns and we scheduled the work for the following day. He arrived earlier than scheduled, which was ok with us, and went right to work. There was very little we needed to do as he moved what furniture he needed to and put it back when finished. The work was superb and he needed to fix some additional issues, besides the re-stretch, that the installers messed up when the carpet was installed (2013) right before we bought our home, and some burns from our fireplace. I could not see where they were when he was done. Even after a complete vacuum after he left. Jeff is very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable with him working in our home. Upon completion of the work he made sure we did a walk through with him to ensure everything was done and let us know that he has everything needed for any flooring needs. I have not used a competitors services to compare but I would highly recommend you call Jeff first. Very, very, pleased and highly recommended."
