"After 30+ years, my garage stopped working. Whomp whomp.. We tried fixing it (lol) but it was just old and needed to be replaced completely. I started looking on yelp and google, scared about pricing but I came across a Reddit post about this company. I called and Daniela. (the owner) answered so quick that it startled me. Haha She was so quick to send over a technician within 2 hrs and I was so happy because my car was stuck inside not being able to lift my garage door open myself. Henry came and was able to give me an amazing quote with quick turnaround and also freed my car from being stuck inside my garage so I am forever grateful for him. I later called Daniela to scheduled a day and time to get my garage door replaced. They were able to complete the job within 2 hrs and I was impressed with their quality work and just being so responsive and kind. Daniela came after the garage door was completed to make sure everything was good and I was happy. The service was just outstanding and I am beyond happy someone recommended them on Reddit! "Robert is excellent. I'm going to recommend him to any and everyone needing garage door or motor help for their fences. He helped me with my garage door on my first home ever purchased that needs a lot of TLC. He has a lot of experience and he is a true small business owner. He cares about his customers. He was the second person to provide an estimate for my garage door. The first person provided three estimates, with the third being a whole new garage system for $4,000. He told me that my sensors were bad, my rollers needed to be replaced, the garage door was alright, and the garage door opener was from the year 2000 and was on its last leg. My girlfriend and I agreed to discuss all three options, but we have a very tight budget. After my call with her, I decided to look for a few more estimates. I had one text out of five or six texts that appeared to be a real person. “Would you like us to stop by?" Now, there was an automated text before that, but his text was what I initially saw in a slew of auto-robot text messages. Robert came by and immediately introduced himself and his business. He has a lot of experience. He even tried to fix my garage door opener, free of charge, by troubleshooting common issues on old openers. He remarked that my system was good for its age and offered to tune it up for me for free, and he showed me how to maintain my garage door. He told me that I had a good door and did not need to change my entire system. He told me that after he tuned it up, I would just need to maintain it. He helped me and my girlfriend, and my garage door opened quietly because of what he did for me. It is very smooth, I have two clickers because he gave us one for free to help us out. He gives detailed and honest work. As I said, we are first-time homebuyers, and we have a true fixer-upper. Robert really helped us, and we paid a fraction of the price. He has reasonable prices, and I trust his expertise. If I have any issues or additional needs he can assist me on, then I will call him again and again. Sincerely, Happy New Homeowner"
