"We had such a great experience working with Beverly builders on our ADU and backyard project! They have meticulous attention to detail and great ideas for designs. They helped us configure the best layout for the ADU. At the beginning they came up with multiple options. The only thing we had to do was choose the layout that was suitable for us. They handled the submission process with the city. Craftsmanship was great and we were informed about timelines and scheduling for the job. They recommended us a few showrooms to help us select finish materials. Now we can say that we definitely love the results! Dealing with the city wasnâ t an easy thing with all the inspections but the company was able to handle all of that. We definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to hire a contractor!"

"Alfonso and his worker were extremely personable and professional. They were organized and on time every day and the work was high quality and completed in the timeframe promised. They took great care not to damage anything in the work space (granite) and everything was very clean when they left. We had drywall and paint done and only a few minor touch ups were needed and those were completed immediately. I would definitely hire this company again."

"Quality cabinet refacing! I was looking for a quality refacing job in my tired kitchen cabinets. I did interview 3 possible vendors and decided on Jerry with JLT Restoration. It wasn't the price as much as I had the confidence in his ability and I felt assured his company would pay attention to detail and use quality products. Everything I was hoping for got accomplished. It's an extremely busy time but even so, everything got completely finished to my satisfaction. Jose was amazing in all the woodwork execution, Freddy was a great painter and all the team are hard workers and good at their skill. This team has been together awhile and they work great together. If things take a little longer than expected, be patient, it's worth the wait! I'm very happy and my kitchen is so nice to be updated with new soft closing new drawers and doors! The painting team, Ruben and Eric, are 100% professional, courteous, hard-working, timely, and dedicated to work of the highest quality and neatness. Allow me to elaborate. My wife and I had recently completed a re-roofing job on our covered patio that had developed a serious leaking problem during the heavy rains in 2023. The rain caused substantial damage to the pre-existing paint. We contacted Elite Painting to request an evaluation and paint bid. Ruben was very responsive and thorough in his assessment and proposal, and we hired his company for the job. He and his brother arrived at our home on the days and times promised, and they did a magnificent job from prepping, to painting, to clean-up.
