"GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results. I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project."
