"Outstanding service. We realized we had water damage in upstairs bathroom on a Wednesday, requested a quote thru Home Advisor that night, got a call from Rich on Thursday, had the repairs done on Friday. Knew what was going on with the roof right away, but also took time to "canvas" all of the roof for any other issues. Took tons of pictures because, as he told us, "you aren't going to go up there with me and you need to see what I was looking at" - he had to have caught every rusty staple and nail up there. Very thorough explanation (I now know what "boots" are and what they do in regards to roofing) of what work he was doing. Never treated me with any of the condescension some contractors exhibit towards a female homeowner. He had the kind of shingles we have in his supplies so he didn't even charge us for the shingles. Amazing. Feel extremely confident in the quality of his work and would definitely hire him again and will be thinking of other jobs he can do for us. A real gem, would highly recommend him."

"Rus and Yuriy did a fantastic job replacing our painted shut windows with wonderful new ones in our 1871 home. They were extremely courteous and cleaned up everything when they were done. They worked hard and did a fantastic installation. I am so far extremely impressed with the windows! They open and close very easily. I love the double-hung windows that are easy to clean. The screens are nearly invisible and are a great improvement over the nasty aluminum storm windows we had previously."

"Jeremiah did a beautiful job doing the base along all the walls for our newly installed wood floors..he also stained them before installing. The work included trim around 7 doors , and rehanging 4 closet doors which needed clever readjusting to a new height. He also spliced in flooring where the installer had left gaps. Jeremiah remodeled the red oak buffet using white oak skins and new shaker doors. He was a perfectionist filling in all nail holes and seams with matching putty. The rooms he did now look truly, expertly finished."
