"First of all, here was our problem: when there was an EXCESSIVE amount of RAIN, our basement would FLOOD to the tune of at LEAST 3 to 5 inches. So we did some research and decided that GroundWorks would be the company to go with... Their Rep (Zane Mitchell) was VERY professional, and gave us a pretty good insight into our options (no pressure), what to expect, and also how the process would flow. Afterwards, after committing to their work, there were pretty much NO surprises, as this was a process that is/was very NEW to me. THEN came the ground crews. These guys were VERY professional - and were considerate enough to inquire of us if there were any issues wrt decisions to make. I'll ADMIT: when Zane told us that these guys would be FINISHED in THREE DAYS, I somewhat DOUBTED that -- but he was CORRECT! These guys COMPLETED the job in THREE DAYS! And -- they EVEN TRENCHED an underground DISCHARGE PATH EXACTLY where we ASKED them to place it! When the completed the job, they took us on a tour through the work area to ask if there was ANYTHING that looked out of place or not completed. We were pretty satisfied. They even cleaned up the work area (e.g., our whole basement) fairly well. From what I saw, I'd DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone having the basement flooding issues we were having!"
