We had to re-finish our basement after a pipe burst, and Torin made it easy to meet the requirements of our insurance agency. He provided all of the paperwork we needed in a timely manner, and was able to recreate our previous setup to the satisfaction of the insurance company. We also appreciated Torin and Jack?s flexibility with our schedule. They were very communicative and always let us know when they had openings ahead of our scheduled sessions so that we could continue to make progress on the build. We felt very comfortable with them in our home so often had them come while we were at work. Torin was very easy to work with and we highly recommend his company and will be using them again for future projects. Bonus - Torin and Jack both like dogs, and were super sweet to our pup! Within 24 hours of calling Griff at Bloominâ Blinds my blind was fixed. It was actually a tricky job and Griff had to take added time to fix our durawood blind (needed restringing). He didnâ t charge a penny more than was quoted. Other blind stores were quoting weeks out- not so here. Talk about seamless friendly and professional service!
