Other contractors were not willing to take the "small" job, One "flooring" expert felt it wouldn't come out right. Josh explained the situation, told us he would do the job, and promised it would come out looking better than even we expected could be done. And he was exactly right! My wife and I were more than pleased. I think we were amazed that getting everything to match as close as Josh said he'd be able to do was possible. 4. Another thing that we found so valuable was Josh's setting up of a tent around himself to protect the rest of the room from being overwhelmed with dust. Above and beyond that, he had vacuuming going on at the same time and we really appreciated the efforts made to keep as much dust as possible from going where we didn't want it going. 5.Josh also wrote us up a nice estimate for a lot of other work we plan to have done in and on the outside of the house. And you can be sure that Josh and Samantha will get the call when we are ready to commence with the next projects. "Torin and Jack were so easy to work with, and they did an excellent job with our basement. It?s clear that Torin is very passionate about his company and the work that they do. We had to re-finish our basement after a pipe burst, and Torin made it easy to meet the requirements of our insurance agency. He provided all of the paperwork we needed in a timely manner, and was able to recreate our previous setup to the satisfaction of the insurance company. We also appreciated Torin and Jack?s flexibility with our schedule. They were very communicative and always let us know when they had openings ahead of our scheduled sessions so that we could continue to make progress on the build.
