Jeff offered to pick up the hot water tank for us and did not increase his original price quote to do this. Jeff provided a veterans discount as well and also took the time to discuss with me another project my wife and I are planning. Jeff is clearly an honest individual with a high work ethic. "Water heater broke on Sunday, made a bunch of calls around town to get it fixed, Ace was the only one that called back on Sunday and they came out early on Monday. They installed a tankless water heater and by 3 p.m. The best part was that they were be to offer to finance the job at a much lower interest rate (9%) compared to home depot (23%). "First of all let me tell you that working with AquaCo has been an absolute treat! My wife and I meet Glenn at the Home and Garden show and we were impressed by his knowledge and upfront honesty when it comes to his craft. He was clear with the facts and upfront with the needs of our house. It was especially nice of him to video call us and adress our questions even though we had to take a out of town trip. So far 24 hours into owning our water softener my hair feels less crunchy after showers and our glass was practically spotless after my shower. I have also noticed that our water out of the fridge is already tasting better.
