"Nick came well prepared for the project. To begin the project a section of chain link fence had to be moved aside to provide access to the backyard. He had sheets of plywood to lay down on the grass to help protect the lawn from damage from the Skid Steer. He first removed five pool anchors sunk into the yard using the Skid Steer and then removed a lot of river rock that remained around the pool edge. These materials were hauled away. Then 40 yards of topsoil was brought in from the street where it was dumped. Fortunately Nick planned on 5 extra yards, because all topsoil was needed. After the soil was meticulously graded, grass seed, fertilizer, and straw was put down over the former pool area. Cleanup was performed and all work was completed in one day. I have excellent pictures if I manage to attach them."
