"Ty and his crew worked tirelessly to replace my roof, replace my gutters, replace plexiglass on my screened in porch and repair the ceiling in my bathroom. This damage was due to wind and hail damage and he worked very assertively with the insurance company to make sure I got all that I needed. "Tri-State Restoration, Ron Muddiman is offers the most comprehensive solution. Not only was his bid in line with the others I received, he was the ONLY one of the bids who gave PHOTOS of exactly what his company would do, Ron spelled out everything in a simple, consise manner that I understood exactly what to expect. Most importantly, does he not only REMOVE mold, and recommend what needs to be removed and why, but he REPAIRS and REPLACES! Who else does that in todays business with home owners unfamiliar with this process... no one ...ONLY RON MUDDIMAN, TRI-STATE RESTORATION. I highly recommend Ron and his crew who are so thorough. "Fair and Square did a fantastic job helping me with my new home. They installed molding around the entire first floor of my home, and Kyle (the owner) even suggested a prettier molding than I had planned, that was the same cost and I was unaware existed. They patched a couple of walls beautifully, so much so I wasn't even sure where they had fixed when I was looking at the repairs. They also did some tuck pointing and crack sealing for me since my brick home needed a little TLC. Kyle and his crew were meticulous, made sure to walk around the house with me and discuss exactly what I wanted and after completion did the same to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the job. Not only that, they are maybe the cleanest contractors I have ever worked with. Once the job was done they cleaned up everything completely, and the house was cleaner than when they started. I will for sure only be trusting Fair and Square with any of my home improvement/home renovation plans in the future and would whole heartedly suggest them to anyone."

"The sales rep "Nadia' was fantastic to work with! She stayed involved and regularly communicated from start to finish. She was very professional & knowledgeable about the products: carpets & wood flooring options. She did a great job explaining the process of the installation and that the work crew would move the furniture and boxes.
