"I had an access hole in my garage ceiling leading to a trussed roof open space. I wanted a pull down stair installed, and plywood added to the open space to make it useful for storage. Mustang Carpentry came on the SAME DAY (a Saturday) I placed my request on Angi.com to take measurements and provide an estimate. They returned the NEXT DAY (Sunday) with all the materials and a crew of 4. They completed the entire job in about 6 hours. Everything was perfect. They cleaned up every last spec of dust, and even painted the door and the molding they installed. I could not be more satisfied. What a GREAT job. I highly recommend Mustang Carpentry."

Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. "Last year I hired a company who advertised themselves as "budget". I got what I paid for and actually was overcharged for terrible work. This year I hired Quinlan. The owner came out and looked at what needed to be done before giving me a quote. On the day the work was done, he came out with the crew to make sure things were going well. They did an excellent job of rebuilding my doorway and installing a new door-which is now airtight, properly caulked and weather stripped."

"Lockhart Services were very professional. I had 5 televisions installed and they all needed an outlet. Lockhart services installed the outlets and the wall mounts for the televisions. No wires were shown, the work was very neat. I would definitely rehire them for another job, and I highly recommend them."

"I initially contacted Brayan about installing upper cabinets for me, but ended up having him quote laying tile backsplash as well. His estimate was extremely fair, and offered a little off if I gave him both jobs. I hired him for both jobs and he came out the next week (my earliest availability) to complete them. He was very communicative prior to coming, working back and forth to make sure we had all the necessary supplies. We used a mixture of things I had and he picked up the rest of what we needed. He showed up promptly on the day we scheduled with another guy and they worked all day to get both jobs completed. He returned the next day for a short time to finish the grout, but other than that had everything completed in a day. They were both extremely professional and clean while doing their work. The end results were even better than expected. Super easy and friendly to work with, and charged exactly what he quoted. I will definitely be using him again."

He suggested to remove and install the kitchen door to the other side of the wall to have more space to install kitchen cabinets. He also, installed new flooring in the kitchen as well.
