He was already working on a job in another part of the state that evening, yet assured me he could come out to address my issue the next day. We can not express just how much we appreciated Tom's commitment to restoring service to our home. I am sure that was no easy task given the timing of our event. Tom worked diligently on Saturday morning to make sure he could secure every part he could possibly need to restore water service before coming out to our home. Tom and Mike showed up on Saturday evening and were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, prepared, capable, and fair.
