He used plastic sheets to protect the kitchen area and did an excellent clean up job. He drove to the paint shop to get the exact color paint needed. "This crew is top-notch...and consistent with the reviews so I know they are the real deal! I contacted several roofers, 2 of which I engaged in conversation about 1)repairing a smaller leak 2) Getting lined up for a full roof replacement in the Spring/ Summer. Alsip was the only one that actually came out rather than only relying on what I said or satellite pictures which is good because I am a professional in MY line of work, not roofs, lol. Rudy was stellar on the phone and Mike (?) led the conversation on-site. My expectations of cost were waaaay off as shown by my conversations with both roofing companies. Mike took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my roof and shared his recommendation. He explained the process and his warranty. He painted a picture that performing this work can be done at the cost I was initially prepared to spend with just a regular handyperson but that the work would not be guaranteed, other issues could arise, or the problem could be made worse with the bare minimum I was looking for. I am very excited that no matter what happens this winter (flat damaged roof plus wet heavy snow) the work they did is guaranteed. Additionally, he set me up so that should I choose to work with his crew again down the road, I would receive a credit to those repairs. All in all, Alsip Roofing took a scary situation and made it so much easier to digest with information. They were present, communicative and came back the very next day, 9am on the dot to perform the work. My initial call was Thursday, estimate on Friday, work on Saturday, done! The individual that did the work was also very kind, informative, prompt, and professional. I will have absolutely no issue contacting this crew again when I'm ready for that larger job! Additionally, I would completely recommend them to my neighbors! I learned, not every company will do a flat roof so I take comfort in knowing they did the work and will stand by their repairs and I have no concerns that I'll have any difficulty with reaching them for questions moving forward. They truly earned their 5 stars and my recommendation!"

Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing.
