Comment: Center townhouse. Vaulted ceilings in living room. One very small bedroom and attached bathroom need to be done. The trim is yellow throughout the house and it's extensive crown molding needs to be done. There are several doors that must be done and they are just white such as in the master bath. There are several rooms I do not want touched including a couple of very special ceilings. Basement is optional but it is large. It might be possible to simply touch up the tall living room ceiling because of a little bit of leakage from rain around a light that's been long. Very small sunroom mostly windows with the walls need to be done and probably the ceiling. Possible kitchen but that's a lower priority. No dining room. No master bedroom except the trim must be done. Very tiny powder room on the main floor must be painted but it needs to be primed or sanded or something because you can see the lines from former wallpaper even though it's been painted over three times. We're on a very tight budget. Senior citizens. Lots of health struggles. Have gotten many estimates over time but didn't feel that we could trust anyone.
