"Above excellent. After 40+ years, it was way above time to paint. MJ was quick to respond, wonderful communication skills, price was very good, and work - excellent. I needed front/dining room, walls and celings repaired and painted, all trim (windows, doors, railings) painted, removed carpeting. He and Jana were so easy to work with I couldn't be more pleased. After the work was finished, he called to say he forgot to put a piece of furniture back, came the next day and graciously took down drapery rods which I had, after the fact, decided to remove. Perhaps sounding too gushy but so happy with the work, the personal experience and cannot find a complaint. Would/will recommend him withut hesitation."

"Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. "Patrick and his crew were super to work with. Patrick gave us a very competitive quote and stuck to it--despite another painter telling me they could never do the job for the quoted price. It was a complicated job because we have an old house with architectural details that we highlight with paint choices. Patrick and his crew were very patient and helped us through the process of choosing colors--including multiple paint samples on different parts of the house. They were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive to details. They never cut corners to save time. Patrick did walk-throughs at the end of the day and would point out small things to his crew that he wanted done differently. Any concerns were addressed immediately. They went above and beyond expectations, and sometimes came up with clever solutions to chronic problems that arise with an old house. For example, when I noticed small 3" portions of rotting wood at the base of a wooden door frame, they replaced the rotting sections with small blocks of wood, so that they can be easily replaced and repainted whenever the wood rots again in the future. I was amazed that they made the fix without any additional charge--even though it was not in the original scope of the contract. Patrick, Tony and the rest of the crew were a pleasure to work with. They aim to please...and they succeed! Truth be told, my husband and I are both pretty picky--and these guys didn't stop until we were 1000% satisfied. We'd work with them again in a heartbeat.
