He reinforced my ceiling to install chandelier and you can not tell where he taped and mudded. He also painted my living room, hall way and wood trim in a bedroom. "I had rainwater coming in through a door and window frame. Dario and Juan knew right away that the problem was coming from where my deck meets the siding. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."

His excellent professional knowledge of how to decided the best matching colors for each rooms, and the best contrast to beautifying my home. Than he will give time to sort out what you really want so ultimately its your decision. Just to give idea of how he was everyday, he'd come in @ 7:45 am, smiling and asking me how I was or how your weekend was? He has a great personality even early morning! I would make a fresh pot of coffee, & than put on the At & t music. You could hear him singing & whistling in the background, so you could feel how dedicated & enjoying hard work, he is in improving my home to making it a master piece!! He's been painting for 30 years and it shows in everything he does. I was only going with the walls, but he said, "It would make a big difference" and he was so right with his suggestion. He cleaned the ceiling and used Classic White for the ceiling. It was awesome to look at and I actually cried when I saw it!! I was hooked after that and just let him do his master piece. My home looks and feels like a brand new home, and its so gorgeous that I am already purchasing new furniture for dining room & living room. His prices are so extremely reasonable that when you hear them, you say no way, & then you think that the paint isn't part of estimate, but, it is!! And they are outstanding prices. What Angelo did: Painted Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Hallway, Bathroom, Master bedroom & Vanity, Ceiling, Walls,& Trim, 2 Closets, and 2 window Sills. Also, I am having him back for another painting job, which is the guest bedroom, and for the very tiny master bedroom bathroom!! Than after that I'm having him beautify my 4 doors front and back. "This crew is top-notch...and consistent with the reviews so I know they are the real deal! I contacted several roofers, 2 of which I engaged in conversation about 1)repairing a smaller leak 2) Getting lined up for a full roof replacement in the Spring/ Summer. Alsip was the only one that actually came out rather than only relying on what I said or satellite pictures which is good because I am a professional in MY line of work, not roofs, lol. Rudy was stellar on the phone and Mike (?) led the conversation on-site. My expectations of cost were waaaay off as shown by my conversations with both roofing companies. Mike took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my roof and shared his recommendation. He explained the process and his warranty. He painted a picture that performing this work can be done at the cost I was initially prepared to spend with just a regular handyperson but that the work would not be guaranteed, other issues could arise, or the problem could be made worse with the bare minimum I was looking for. I am very excited that no matter what happens this winter (flat damaged roof plus wet heavy snow) the work they did is guaranteed. Additionally, he set me up so that should I choose to work with his crew again down the road, I would receive a credit to those repairs. All in all, Alsip Roofing took a scary situation and made it so much easier to digest with information. They were present, communicative and came back the very next day, 9am on the dot to perform the work. My initial call was Thursday, estimate on Friday, work on Saturday, done! The individual that did the work was also very kind, informative, prompt, and professional. I will have absolutely no issue contacting this crew again when I'm ready for that larger job! Additionally, I would completely recommend them to my neighbors! I learned, not every company will do a flat roof so I take comfort in knowing they did the work and will stand by their repairs and I have no concerns that I'll have any difficulty with reaching them for questions moving forward. "We purchased a 1915 Dutch colonial that needed major improvements. Brian Hanc from Elevations in Remodeling provided a competitive quote and was available to start the day after we closed. The list of work that needed to be done: Install central air Refinish the wood floors Replace carpeting in all bedrooms Tear off wallpaper, skim coat the plaster and paint almost every surface in the home Add new electrical panel and replace all outlets and switches in house Add new mantle Plumb all doors Many other minor tasks as they came up Throughout the entire process, Brian and his #2, Marcin, were either on site or immediately available on the phone. They provided feedback on every step, explained anything that came up unexpectedly and answered all questions honestly and thoroughly. We knew everything that was happening and why. The coordination between all the different subcontractors was facilitated by Brian and Marcin to ensure this entire project was done in a timely manner. Only a few minor items needed to be done after only two months of work. We were able to live in the house for almost the entire project which saved us money. Brian would move different aspects of the work around to accommodate our needs. We also received compliments from our new neighbors, saying it was amazing to see work being done daily, even on Saturdays. Also they kept the noise level down, the big trash bin out of the way and never blocked the street. When we are ready to remodel our kitchen we will not look anywhere but to Elevations by Design. "Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done.
