"I used them to repair wood issues and paint. Unfortunately the wood damage was larger then expected. Painter1 did their best to provide a good estimate. But until they started pulling off the wood sliding there was no way to tell the plywood underneath had been damaged by a water leak. I did not know this water leak from the root was happening. Painter1 provided me a revised estimate before they continued working. I appreciated the explanation and walking me through the issue (i.e. I got to poke my finger through the rotten plywood).
