"Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job."

"My daughterâ s room window would not close at the beginning of the cold season, and technicians were onsite on the same day to deal with the urgent issue, examined other windows that has issues, provided a very competitive estimate and completed additional repairs a couple weeks later. I will be calling them again for any window repairs in the future and highly recommend to anyone in need of quality and honest team of professionals."
