"I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and I am a big DIYer, so I had gone to Home Depot and Lowe's to see if they had the spring and what it would cost. The guy at Lowes explained exactly what I had to do to replace it and I knew that I better not try this myself. He recommended a company in Hendersonville and I gave them a call but they would not be in the office until Monday morning. And later on I went online to see other companies that repaired garage doors and got on the Home Advisor site. They recommended three companies in my area that fixed garage doors and asked if I wanted a quote and I said yes. Precision called me within minutes (this was about 6:15 pm on Sunday) and said they could come by that evening - from 8:00 to 11:00 pm - and I said yes. Then they came out that same day - a Sunday night at 8:00 pm. They had all the equipment to replace my broken torsion springs and got it done that night as I was traveling the next day and would not be back home for 3 days and then had another trip the next day after that. The technician had the expertise and know-how to fix my garage doors and select the proper spring - one door the spring had broken but I knew the other door would not be far behind so I got him to replace springs on both doors. I could leave the next day and know that my wife would not have to go through a broken spring on her garage door. He was finished by 10:30 pm and I rested a little easier knowing my doors were fixed."
