"I would give more than 5 stars for this team & company because they were very punctual in time, their work ethics, their responsibility of delivering the committed job and I never over looked what they were doing through out the whole project. I hired the Key Waterproofing in November and targeted to start the work on December 2nd, 2023. Early morning around 7 am on 2nd Dec, I met Wendel Touisant who is the Project Manager. He explained the workplan, time table, mutual expectations, care after work completion etc. Wendel worked with his expert guys who completed the water proofing project on time as he targeted. After completion of the work, we surveyed the work and he assured me that my basement will never get a single drop of water ever which company provided a warranty certificate. During January/February of 2024, there were plenty of rain & flooding across North Attleboro vicinity but NOT even a single drop of water in my basement. I would definitely recommend the Key Waterproofing company."
