Several days later a professional, friendly crew was there and they worked all day to get our new service panel in place. "As a new homeowner I feel like I have been put through the ringer to try and find companies (large or small) who are honest, fair, responsive, and helpful. Iâ m so glad I found Finch Home Solutions! Cody the owner came to my home to replace a couple of outdoor outlets that were old and the plug had to be â just rightâ to have anything work. He also replaced an outlet in the bathroom that was clicking when specific items were plugged in. While here he did an examination of my electric panel and didnâ t try to upsell me to replace it now, even though it is a bit older but in great shape. I had Finch Home Solutions come out a second time and given we had a large storm the night before they had an emergency call to attend to the morning of my appointment. The office made sure to call me to let me know what was happening, when to expect my appointment to take place, and offered to move it if needed. I appreciated the thorough communication to keep me in the loop. When Drew & Cullen arrived they were both friendly, prompt to find the issue, and even helped weigh in/provide feedback on some light fixtures Iâ d like to eventually replace. Iâ ve already recommended this company to a few of my friends who are new homeowners as we all seem to be struggling to find reliable and helpful folks to make upgrades in our homes.
