"Our installers were an excellent team of JOSH W. and CODY R. and they very professional and knowledgeable of the product that they installed. Where as, the sales rep was new, 6 months in, and gave us some bad info regarding using our old fixtures, a shower head and sprayer that are fairly new, and the possibility of the install team installing a new garden tub that we might have purchased outside of Westshore. FYI: Westshore only installs their own products. Other than that, we love our new shower and the wall surrounding our garden tub."

"Terri did an excellent job of decorating my entire two-bedroom, 1.5 baths loft on a cost-saving budget. She was very precise on the layout and utilization of the furnishings and accessories which helped tremendously in limited spaces. She has a keen wonderful eye for color, which resulted in an updated cohesive look for each room my home. I also liked her use of re purposed materials throughout my home. She transformed the plain bedrooms, baths and uninspiring living/dining spaces into a warm and inviting home by choosing style and color palettes, selecting appropriate furniture and floor/window coverings, artwork and lighting. Terri showed me design plans in advance by reviewing catalogs and bringing some samples to me, giving me a feel and taste of what my actual design would look like once finished. "EXTREMELY pleased with service. I had a issue with my backyard sprinkler system spraying water even though it was not programmed to do so. Mat called me on the phone after receiving the HomeAdvisor work order. From what I described he had a pretty good idea what was the issue. Although he was unable to make it out the day he called he was kind enough to walk me thru the process (over the phone) of shutting off the water supply line to my system. I am certain that saved me a couple hundred bucks alone. Mat was scheduled to arrive at 830am, he showed up just a few minutes early (Nice!). He is very thorough. He checked all sprinkler zones and sprinkler heads. He assessed the problem (replaced a Valve) immediately. Additionally, while completing the work, he took the time to educate me on what he was doing the whole way through. If that wasn't enough, this guy took the time to program my sprinkler system control box. I am telling you, if you don't hire this guy you will regret it. He is the BEST! I will never use anyone else, he is MY sprinkler guy for life!! P.S ...I forgot to mention, the price was VERY fair and reasonable. Solid Work!"
