"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

"I am a real estate broker and Monique surpassed my expectations in all areas. Professional, fast, truly understands how to design a room to sell a home vs designing a room to live and for functionality/convenience. Do not hesitate to interview Monique nor should anyone hesitate to hire her. Staging is so important to a sale. My seller was selling by owner. His original offers were around 70k below his asking. After not happy with his results he hired a great top agent - ahem - who recommended a Monique. The best thing we did. It helped with the pictures the video and got an offer within a few weeks very close to list price!! Monique prices were very reasonable and shes always ready to speak with people.
