They gutted our kitchen, removed a wall, sealed off a door, opened a door through a load bearing wall, moved a doorway, installed the kitchen. They were very meticulous in their work - even the demolition seemed to be clean and orderly. There was lots of molding and finish work, and it all looks fantastic. We can't imagine having remodeled our kitchen without Tabares Construction. They were professional, efficient, and responsive. We will use them again. "Taha, the estimator and manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. He saw things that I missed and explained what needed to be done clearly. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new! I highly recommend this contractor for quality and value."
