"Todd is wonderful to work with. I had him install pipe shelving and the manufacturer did not include all the T joints for the pipe. He made a suggestion that actually worked out better for my space and made the omission look deliberate. He even navigated a difference of opinion between me and my husband, expertly....he agreed with me. :) But in reality he was willing to do whatever we asked him to do, he just made the best practice known for the safest and most practical installation. In addition, he installed a pole in the yard for a shade sail, installed the shade and did an excellent job on that project as well. I am very satisfied with work for the price and know I found my new handyman. The only draw back, book early...Todd is in high demand and you might have to wait a minute for him to do your job. But that just means he is GOOD!"

I started out just wanting my interior doors replaced and the project expanded to all of my door trim, an entire custom built kitchen cabinet/island and a custom primary vanity. All because Jose was exceptional with communication, providing quotes and being ready for the job. The team was on-time and the work was high-quality with a great value. Also I almost forgot his team complete my kitchen backsplash and several drywall patches through my house! InnovaSpace & Design (Jose) was single handly one of my best trade for my renovation."
