He explained that my bearing was going bad, but it would survive the rest of the season if not longer and didn't think it was necessary to spend $700-800 dollars in the current economic climate. Now if that is not honesty in a contractor, I don't know what is! He did have to replace another part and he charged me a very fair price. He also explained all of the mistakes that the last HVAC mechanic did in selling me a unit that was way too large for my house, but he did not try to sell me a new unit. He was efficient and cleaned everything after he left and was very friendly. I would highly recommend his services and will also call Innovative for all of my future HVAC needs."
