"Big shout out to Joe Garner with Palm Bay Air Care Experts. Hurricane Milton fried the motor on my 9 yr old air handler installed by a different company. I called Joe the morning after the storm and he came that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He said I should have a ten year warranty on the motor and he would check into it. He called me the next morning and said the motor was still under warranty but it is on back order. He said he needed to check on something and he would get back to me. Joe called an hour later and said Lenox was emailing him papers to fill out and they were going to give me a brand new air handler because they cant get that motor anymore. I decided to replace the outside condenser unit also. So with labor it cost me less than the new system did 9 yrs ago and I have a new ten year warranty on everything from Lenox plus a year warranty from PB Air Care Experts on workmanship. Joe sent his 2 man crew on Saturday and the installation took around five hours with Joe stopping in to check things out a couple of times. The installers were top notch and very personable. They even painted the walls around the air handler so everything looked perfect. I highly recommend Palm Bay Air Care Experts and Ill never buy anything but a Lenox again."
