"When our old heat pump developed problems, I selected Earthwise because they had a very high rating on HomeAdvisor. I had no other information about them or any other heating and cooling company. I contacted them on a cold Wednesday morning - they answered literally within 30 seconds. They started work the very next morning, and the job was completed by Friday afternoon (complete heat pump system replacement, including outdoor compressor unit, air handler, coil, piping, and thermostat). Everyone involved was top notch from Steve (the owner) to Morgan and Terry (the hard-working technicians who worked tirelessly in 30-degree rainy weather) and Tom the apprentice. They did an excellent job, didn't cut corners, and based on the research I did (from a lay person's perspective), I feel like the price was fair.
