"A very well-organized operation, from first call, to follow-up, to site inspection, proposal, and financing options. Jonathan Francone is the best. He is professional yet friendly and personable. He knew what I was dealing with, and my concerns, and gave me the proposal straight-up, and with considerations for other projects that CBS also does that would bring my systems to code, which is helpful for resale purposes, and for overall safety and health. The products used, the trade association they are part of, and the quantity of work done in the Front Range, I have complete confidence that CBS will put together the best repair system for my foundation."

Comment: The other night while adjusting the bottom seal on the door between the garage and my wife's craft room, i happened to notice, behind one of her cabinets, a gap between the top of the floor boards and the bottom of the wall trim. Cold air was coming in so I looked further, the more I looked, the more I found. I moved all her stuff out and pulled up the floor boards. I discovered even more very shoddy work that was done by whoever did the work to flip this house I bought. They used scrap pieces of the floorboards, and pieces of the cardboard box the boards came in to shim the floor to "level" Everything they did on this house is the worst I have ever seen, and I have seen some crap ! Anyway, the concrete slab has settled long ago, due to poor drainage, and Westminster dirt. It is also badly cracked on the north side. I'm wondering if the north side can be lifted back to more match the rest of the floor, to a point where i can add a new top surface with leveling compound, or whatever you might recommend.
