Although not a large undertaking, Mr. Betz worked me into his schedule, performed the job great, was on time, was clean and made it clear that if anything was not done to my satisfaction, he would return to correct. Even called 1/2 hour before arriving. Leo came in with the correct part, and all the tools needed. Made the repair, in a short time, had the dishwasher running again. Even showed me where and how to clean the filter. Price was within a few cents of what was quoted ahead of time. Very happy with the service. Not so much with Maytag."
