"Otter Air's Aaron and Anthony responded on the same day I sent out a very frustrated call because another company had cancelled my appointment the day before they were to arrive and informed me that I would need to call them to re-set......After 3 days of calling this other company, and only getting a busy signal and not even able to leave a message because this other company didn't have a message service I was beyond frustrated. Along comes a call from Aaron and I explain my problem to him. He shows up at my home a few hours after our conversation. He and Anthony not only solved my problem after taking pictures of all that needed fixing and explaining what needed to be done and at what the cost would be but the work they did came with a 10 year warrantee.....I am beyond pleased with their service and would recommend Otter Air to anyone that is looking for a company that is knowledgeable, honest and fair in their prices.
