The job was expertly done and care was taken to keep the hot tub protected during the work. Ben tells you when he will start and communicates wonderfully and timely for any changes. "Very understanding pro. Asked all the questions I had. Communicating with this vendor was nice and professional. Trustworthy too. Example I had bought a cheaper product and the pro informed me that I needed the better quality. He let me know the difference between the too. If the cheaper one was installed it would rot. So the vendor saved me money and time. Telling me up front. Will use this vendor again for other projects down the line"
