"I am very pleased with the job Rudy and his associates have done. Rudy answered my phone call right away and that was quite impressive. He came to look at the heater next morning and carefully diagnosed the problem. He was concerned that I did not have heat in the house. Rudy and his associates started working right away and changed the heater. The heater was on in a few hours. I was relieved. Rudy was reasonable too. I would highly recommend him. Job well done!! "My water heater was leaking profusely all over my basement floor and needed to be replaced immediately. Usually getting someone to come over in an emergency is not easy, but when I phoned Arreaga Santos Plumbing Santos said he would come over right away, which he did. My heater is in a difficult place and hard to get to, but Santos and his assistant removed it with ease. Not only was this done fast, the minute details that he attended to were performed with great care and very high quality. Also, he's a very nice guy. Based on the entire situation there is no other plumber I would use in the future. Just call him, you will be as happy as I am."
